How do I personalise my item?

Simply choose your product from our online store, and complete all the details on the product's page.

If you haven't supplied all the information we need to process your order, we'll contact you directly via email.

If we still haven't received all the details to personalise your item within 2 days of our email, we'll pause your order for 14 days.

After which time we will cancel & refund your order.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Please contact us ASAP if you wish to cancel or amend your order.

We will issue a full refund if:
1. Your personalised order hasn’t been produced;
2. Your non-personalised order hasn’t been dispatched, or;
3. Your order arrives damaged/faulty (proof required).

We will offer a partial refund if your non-personalised order has been received and is no longer wanted.
You are responsible for posting back in original packaging, and item must be received back to us in a resalable condition.
We will then issue a refund on the item only, once received.

We won’t offer a refund your personalised order has been produced.

All refunds take up to 10 working days to be processed back into your account.

Can you rush my order?

If you need your order to be processed quicker than our standard 1-2 working days, please contact us before you place your order.

We can then make sure we can accommodate your request.
If we can, your order will include an additional £5.00 rush order fee.
